Job Purpose: The Vice President of Sigma9CX will provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of high-quality services to our global clientele. They will ensure operational efficiencies, robust financial management, and foster a culture of excellence within the team, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Define and implement strategic plans aligned with the Sigma9CX's vision, mission, and objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.
