Job Purpose: The Vice President of Sigma9CX will provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of high-quality services to our global clientele. They will ensure operational efficiencies, robust financial management, and foster a culture of excellence within the team, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

​

Strategic Planning:
  • Define and implement strategic plans aligned with the Sigma9CX's vision, mission, and objectives.

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for service expansion and process improvements.

​

Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.

  • Handle client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.

​

Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring they are efficient and effective.

  • Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

  • Manage operational risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.

​

Financial Management:
  • Oversee Sigma9CX's financial performance, ensuring profitability.

  • Develop and manage budgets, reducing costs where possible without affecting service quality.

​

People Management:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment within Sigma9CX.

  • Develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for training and professional growth.

  • Ensure staff performance aligns with Sigma9CX's goals and objectives.

​

Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and new market entry for Sigma9CX.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to attract new clients.

​

Compliance:
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with industry regulations, standards, and Sigma9CX policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations, implementing necessary changes in Sigma9CX operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the industry.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
